Shown below are two heat maps. The first one is the site I am building and the 2nd one is from a competitor. Its surprising that the 2nd site started link building just six months ago and most of the keywords are on 1st and 2nd page. and I am struggling since last six months and hardly any keyword has reached in top 20. and I have more number of links. Most of my links are from web 2s, forum profiles, blog comments, etc. I also don't see any good links in the other site. What can you deduce from this map?
